The Guidelines a.k.a. A Short Guide to Not Getting Chased out of the Forum by an Angry Mob (ASGTNGCOOTFBAAM).

Haha. laugh.gif Not to worry; the title is somewhat of a joke.
(Hopefully, we won't have to do any chasing. mangarden/wink.gif)
  1. Type at least semi-legibly.
As long as you don't tYp3 lyk Di5, all is fine. Remember that not everyone on this forum is fluent in English and typing like that will make it more difficult others to understand you.

  2. Don't post inappropriate things.
This basically includes most things that might be offensive to others.

  3. No flamming.
Debates and arguments are fine as long, as they don't get out of hand and turn into an 'insult contest.'

  4. For spoilers, please use this code:

Advice on Discussion

What is Spam?
-Also see "The Rules" by xMunky.
• Posts containing 0 words, incomplete sentences/thoughts, and comments that do not add to the conversation are considered spam! We are lenient with spam-like post, but sometimes you just have to put in more effort or else please don't post anything.
• Examples: "cool!", "It/he/he/that/etc. is cute.", "That's good.", "Who cares?","haruhi x kyoya."
• Tell us what is cool/good. Why do you care/not care? Why do you think so?
Even something simple as "He is cute, especially when he wakes up. I love his bed hair!" If you find it too difficult to think of something, it's best to find/create another thread that interests you.

About legitimate topics:
• Threads do not have to be the typical "xManga Title". If you think your idea can be discussed for more than a few replies, it's ok to start a thread about it.
• If you start a topic, write some background information and/or a prompt to get started. Don't just start a thread called, "X" and your have your first post as: "What do you think?" Well, what do you think, first?

Be creative:
• We are not forcing you to post, so if you can't think of anything to add or that you really want to say, don't post an edited version of another reply.
• Try for more than a simple answer to the first post. Regular conversations usually digress in different directions; that's ok as long as it doesn't go too far off-topic. Check out previous replies to see what else has been covered.
Actually, we rarely have problems with "not enough words" posts. biggrin.gif
